UNLIMEAT is a Seoul-based plant-based meat brand, launched in 2019 and selling in the US since 2022. Its fully vegan range — Korean BBQ bulgogi, pulled "pork", slices, patties, and kimbap — is built from soy and pea protein with upcycled ingredients, and is stocked at US retailers including Kroger and Sprouts.
