Shaky Highway is a two-person hot sauce maker in North Portland, running eight flavours plus rotating seasonals — original jalapeño, serrano and habanero, garlic habanero, tomato ghost, pineapple scorpion, peach habanero and a radish tomato habanero. Every bottle publishes its full ingredient list. Stocked at MadeHere, LoveJoy Bakers, Alefire and eleven New Seasons Market stores, and poured at Black Water Bar.
