Dutch Caribbean hot sauces and condiments made in Amsterdam by founder Claude de Cuba, drawing on Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao cooking. The range runs from papaya, guava-seaweed and soursop-lime sauces through a rum-barrel edition to an extreme-heat line, plus a papaya and madame-jeanette jam.
