Our Vegan Cocina

Our Vegan Cocina is a Mexican pop-up and catering kitchen run by Sabrina and Jess, vending around Portland and Salem and delivering tamales by the half-dozen in season. The menu runs to deep-fried elote, asada and birria nachos, street tacos, verde tamal plates, and a cauliflower-and-heart-of-palm ceviche tostada. Every menu they publish is headed "All Vegan, Always"; in their own words, "Chicana Owned and Operated".
