Miso Master

Miso Master is the organic miso brand of American Miso Company, which has made miso in Rutherfordton, North Carolina since 1979; its sister company Great Eastern Sun Trading Company distributes it alongside six other house brands — Emerald Cove sea vegetables, Emperor's Kitchen pantry staples, Organic Planet noodles, Haiku teas, Sushi Sonic wasabi and Sweet Cloud brown rice syrup. Every one of those brands is plant-based, and the company states no animal ingredients are handled in its miso facility at all.
