The Vegan Yacht is Austin's longest-standing family-owned and operated plant-based food trailer, founded in 2010 by Mike and Danielle Wood and operated out of a distinctive 1967 Airstream Land Yacht. The menu features organic, non-GMO burritos, bowls, and tacos made with locally sourced ingredients, and the business has since expanded into a brick-and-mortar restaurant on East 12th Street. The Vegan Yacht is a regular vendor at Texas VegFest.
