Madre Tierra Organics makes sea moss gels in Portland, run by Kim Garcia — original, strawberry, mango, pineapple and hibiscus, each blended with fresh fruit and sweetened with dates. They also press juices infused with the gel, like Day Glow (orange, apple, ginger and mango sea moss). The sea moss is Chondrus crispus, sourced from the cold waters of Peru.
