Chimera Veg Fest brings together 100+ plant-based food producers, artisans, chefs, and activists for two days at Brixia Forum in Brescia. The independent, self-funded festival weaves together plant-based cuisine, live music, wellness programming, and advocacy to create a space for conscious living and community building. Free to attend, it draws over 6,000 visitors and stands as one of Italy's most anticipated vegan events.
Tipp: Arrive early on Saturday — the most popular food stalls and workshop sessions fill up quickly. Free parking is available at the Brixia Forum.
