1. About VeganFests

VeganFests (veganfests.com) is a publicly accessible directory of vegan and plant-based events, vendors, and stays. By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Directory listings

Listings on VeganFests are informational only. We compile information from public sources and user submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing. Always verify event details directly with the organiser before making travel or ticket purchases.

Where a listing states that an event or venue is “100% vegan” or “fully plant-based,” this reflects information self-reported by the organiser or operator. VeganFests does not independently verify these claims. We recommend confirming directly with the organiser if dietary requirements are important to you.

VeganFests is not a ticketing platform, booking platform, or travel agent. We earn no commission on ticket sales or bookings.

3. Submitting a listing

When you submit an event, stay, or vendor listing, you confirm that:

• The information is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You have authority to submit the listing (you are the organiser, owner, or an authorised representative)
• Any media (photos, videos, logos) you provide is owned by you or you have the right to use it, and you grant VeganFests a non-exclusive licence to display it on the listing page

We reserve the right to edit, reject, or remove any submission at our discretion, including listings that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or no longer relevant.

4. Claiming a listing

Claiming a listing allows you to request updates to an existing entry. Claiming does not transfer ownership of the listing to you. VeganFests retains full editorial control over all listings. We may verify your identity or authority before making requested changes.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use VeganFests to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the site without written permission
• Attempt to interfere with the site's operation or security
• Submit spam, unsolicited commercial content, or listings for non-vegan products or events

6. Intellectual property

The VeganFests name, logo, and site design are our property. Festival names, logos, and event descriptions belong to their respective owners. We claim no ownership over third-party content displayed on listing pages.

7. Copyright / DMCA

If you believe content on VeganFests infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to hello@veganfests.com containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
• Identification of the material on our site you claim is infringing, with enough detail for us to locate it
• Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
• Your physical or electronic signature

We will review valid notices and remove or disable access to infringing content promptly. Repeat infringers may have submissions permanently blocked.

8. Disclaimers

VeganFests is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that listings are accurate or up to date.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on information on this site, including cancelled events, changed dates, or inaccurate venue details.

VeganFests links to external websites operated by third parties. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of those sites.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects when they were last revised. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
