Land & Monkeys is a fully plant-based bakery and patisserie founded in Paris in February 2020 by Rodolphe and Yoshimi Landemaine. The bakery reinvents all the staples of French boulangerie — croissants, pain au chocolat, viennoiseries, sandwiches — without any butter, eggs, cream, or dairy. With 12 locations across Paris, Bordeaux, and Aix-en-Provence, it has become a landmark of the French vegan food scene.
