Gatto Gelato

Gatto Gelato makes gelato and sorbet on oat, coconut and fruit bases, sold by weekly delivery around Portland, wholesale to local cafés and restaurants, and at market stalls. Every flavour publishes its own ingredient deck. In their words: "none of our recipes or flavors contain dairy or eggs, nor will they ever."
