Veganes Plätzchen backen

ProVeg Aschaffenburg bakes vegan Christmas cookies together at the Martinushaus (Katakombe) in Aschaffenburg. The group buys all the ingredients; everyone rolls out dough, cuts out cookies and cinnamon stars, shapes vanilla crescents or minds the oven — with plenty of tasting along the way. At the end of the afternoon everyone takes cookies home. The €10 fee covers all ingredients and drinks (water, tea, coffee, apple spritzer) and is paid on the day.
