The Saucy Cow is a vegan fast-food diner in Temple Bar, Dublin. Nostalgic diner-style menu names (burgers, wraps, "chicken") all resolve to plant-based substitutes on the operator's own menu — Beyond Meat patties, vegan cheddar/gouda/parmesan, soy and oyster-mushroom "chicken," and vegan bacon — with no unqualified animal product anywhere on the lunch, drinks, or dessert menus.
