El Compa Vegano

Founded in 2015 by Jessie Saucedo-Gil in Sylmar, El Compa Vegano is a 100% plant-based popup specialising in vegan Mexican street food inspired by pre-vegan comfort cravings. Signature items include the cult-favourite CrackNBox tacos (a plant-based take on Jack in the Box's 99-cent taco), Baja "shrimp" tacos made with konjac, quesabirria, crispy chicharrón tacos, pozole, and loaded nachos.
