Sat Yoga Ashram

Sat Yoga Ashram is a residential spiritual community and retreat centre perched in the mountains above San Isidro in southern Costa Rica, surrounded by primary cloud forest and organic farmland. All food is 100% vegan and grown on the ashram's own certified-organic farm. The ashram offers intensive retreats in Advaita Vedanta, yoga, and meditation, led by resident teachers. Monkeys, toucans, and quetzals share the forest. One of the most beautiful and philosophically serious vegan retreat centres in the Americas.
