Sadhana Forest

Sadhana Forest is an eco-village and reforestation project near Auroville in Tamil Nadu, India. It is one of the most radical and inspiring vegan communities in the world — all food served is 100% vegan and mostly raw, prepared collectively by volunteers. Guests volunteer for a minimum of two weeks, participating in daily reforestation work, natural building, water conservation, and community life. Accommodation is in hand-built huts in a regenerating dry tropical forest. An extraordinary experience for those committed to sustainable living.
