Veganpaluja is Argentina's largest and longest-running vegan festival, held monthly on Sundays at Avenida Rivadavia 5656 in the Caballito neighborhood of Buenos Aires. Each edition brings together dozens of fully plant-based food vendors, artisan producers, and advocates under one roof, with live cooking demos, talks, and raffles. Now past its 77th edition, it remains the heartbeat of the Buenos Aires vegan scene.
