UMAMI Veggie Food Fest is Lisbon's inaugural plant-based gastronomy event, bringing together 24 chefs — including Michelin-starred talent — to serve exclusively 100% vegetal dishes across two days at the scenic Jardim do Torel. From street-food burgers and pizzas to fine-dining creations, every dish on site is free of animal products. The festival also features a producers market, cooking shows, and DJ sets, making the case that plant-based eating is defined by flavor and creativity.
