The Gentle Barn opens its Santa Clarita sanctuary to the public every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. Visitors can meet and interact with the rescued animals — including cows, pigs, horses, turkeys, chickens, rabbits, and goats — guided by knowledgeable staff who share each animal's rescue story. The Gentle Barn also operates sanctuaries in Tennessee and Missouri. All visitor food and merchandise sold at the site is fully plant-based.
Tipp: Advance booking is required — reserve tickets online before your visit. Sunday mornings fill up fast, especially in spring and summer. Children love the 'cow hug' experience.
