The Dusted Cup

The Dusted Cup is a functional-mushroom café on SW Naito Parkway founded by Stacey Propst, pouring adaptogenic lattes and serving breakfast sandwiches, smash burgers and bowls built on Just Egg, tofu, soy curls and TVP. Bakery and tofu come from Tipping The Scales Vegan Bakery, Puddletown Bagels and Ota Tofu. The café also stocks Shroomdust, the founder's own ten-mushroom drink powder.
