Mac & Yease is a fully vegan mac & cheese created by Chef Ayinde Howell — made from soy milk, nutritional yeast, herbs and spices, with no dairy. A former Whole Foods hot-bar staple now sold in Costco trays, it also runs a Southern-inspired weekend brunch pop-up in Los Angeles and appears at Southern California vegan festivals.
