Likely Ivy is a one-person mini-cupcake bakery on SE Hawthorne, opened in 2025 by Ivy Nacol. Twelve flavours run at a time — unbirthday, rose cardamom, toasted coconut, strawberry milk, triple chocolate, black cherry, creamy tahini, mocha latte, blackberry datil, citrus, hummingbird and salted caramel corn — sold by the box in sixes, twelves and twenty-fours, plus seasonals and market stalls.
