Fauxmagerie Zengarry has been crafting small-batch, probiotic-cultured cashew cheeses in Alexandria, Ontario since 2013. Their cashews are responsibly sourced, herbs are grown in-house on a living wall, and their Creamy Swiss was voted Best Vegan Swiss Cheese in the world in 2022. A recurring exhibitor at VegTO Fest.
