Boombox Bakery PDX

Boombox Bakery is a Portland pop-up and pre-order kitchen with a rotating menu. The standing line is vegan kimbap — classic with pickled radish and braised spinach, celebration with bulgogi slices and japchae, bunsik with kimchi fried rice and vegan mozzarella, and donkkaseu with a panko-breaded tofu cutlet — alongside a kimchi side. Past drops have run to gyros, jerk and curry waffles, Irish pasties, baklava and cheesecake sandwiches. Pre-orders are collected at Hail Snail.
