Vegan 2 the Soul Food & Lifestyle Festival

Now in its 9th year, Vegan 2 the Soul brings the creativity of New Orleans vegan culture to life with a full day of plant-based food vendors, live music, and community activities. The festival runs from 11am to 6pm with a free fitness session at 10am to kick things off. All food vendors are contractually required to sell exclusively vegan products — no eggs, dairy, animal fat, butter, broth, or mayo — and the vendor FAQ explicitly states attendees "are trusting the vendors selling food are doing so" with certified vegan ingredients. It's a celebration of the unique intersection between Southern soul food tradition and plant-forward living.
