Long Island Vegan Pop Up is, in its founders' words, a “100% vegan market space where anyone can learn, shop, eat, drink and have fun.” The series runs roughly monthly: the August 30 edition sets up at Long Island Glass in Holtsville, with the fall dates (September 13, November 8, December 13) at Fantastic Gardens in Patchogue.
