RiVeg is a fully plant-based festival set in the historic center of Rivalta di Torino, running as a dedicated vegan section of the town's long-running Spring Fair. Its first edition in 2026 brings together local food producers, ethical businesses, and sustainable goods in an open, community-oriented format. Admission is free, with stalls open from 10:00 to 19:00 at Piazza Gerbidi.
