Armored Fresh is the consumer brand of Seoul food-tech company Yangyoo, which pioneered the world's first vegan cheese fermented using kimchi-derived probiotics to achieve dairy-like melt and texture. The range spans cheddar slices, mozzarella shreds, cube cheese, and cream cheese made from almond and oat milk. The brand exhibits at South Korea's plant-based food events and is expanding into US retail.
