The Vegan Cookery School in Scarborough, North Yorkshire is the UK's first fully dedicated vegan cookery school, offering a rolling programme of single-day hands-on workshops throughout the year. The 2026 schedule covers beginner plant-based skills, Italian vegan cooking, vegan baking, raw desserts, Japanese plant-based cuisine, and a Veganuary series. Classes are small-group and include a sit-down meal of everything cooked during the session.
